Nic asked her office to help support one of her clients, who in a newsy email commented about how dry Afghanistan was and how she could find no skin care products in the commissary. The results went to her in 3 boxes weighing about 17-20# each.
“Oh my gosh, the packages came yesterday!!!! Everyone was laughing so hard when they saw me walk in trying to carry everything. thank you so much! And thanks to your office for being so generous. It was fun going through the packages and finding a home for everything. I gave the ICU staff first pick and then took things around to different areas of the hospital. Everything is gone already and very much appreciated. I personally brought home some of the snacks, gum (i haven’t had bublicicious in forever), toothbrush, toothpaste, toothpicks, shampoo (i love the ojai spa!), hair rubberbands, shimmer chapstick, nourishing hair repair, skin toner, the American glasses, one of the bubbles, mascara and one of the compacts. Everyone went through it like it was Christmas or something. There were a lot of really nice products that are hard to come by around here. They thought it was from my family and was very impressed to hear that it came from my realtor!”
